Ms Belita Chia graduated with Second Upper Honors in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She was also on the Dean's list for 2 years at the University. She gave up her career as a central banker (Monetary Authority Of Singapore) to be a stay-at-home-mum to 3 children, aged 1.5 years to 5.5 years. Presently, her children do not attend any pre-school but stay at home with mum to play, learn and discover life together.

She has always been interested in teaching and has more than a decade of experience in tutoring and teaching children of various ages. Besides teaching piano and swimming, she holds science-related workshops at Momsinmind.com office every month and at selected Community Centres during the major school holidays.
